- The task was to identify the needs of patients and staff through user-centered design before a new construction of a new health center in Örnsköldsvik. The main focus was to understand how a building can support meetings between residents and their health care. Responsible for project management and planning, workshops, and interviews with my colleague.

TED&GUSTAF (Recruitment case)

A customer whose business is to mediate contact between private customers and hairdressers wants to develop its service with a rating function where the user can rate their experience after the visit. The idea is also that it should be able to run as a stand-alone application on a touch screen inside the hairdressing salons so that the visitor can quickly provide feedback in connection with the visit.

For this project, I wanted to showcase my personality, thoughts, and sense of humor with grafic elements while sharing my insights and approach to the project.

Design thinking and doing Minor 2019

Design thinking is a problem-solving process that helps tackle complex problems by focusing on understanding user needs and creating solutions in a people-centered way. Through brainstorming and collaboration with diverse teams, I generated multiple ideas, built prototypes, and tested them with our target audience. This approach, consisting of six stages, can be applied to various challenges like improving products, addressing business issues, or even solving societal problems.

The competencies in this minor were:
- Design Thinking - Design Research - Making things Tangible - Teamwork.

The Design Thinking & Doing class of 2019 in the Netherlands was a transformative experience. Participants explored design thinking principles, fostering creativity and collaboration. Diverse perspectives brought forth a plethora of ideas. Practical exercises and real-world case studies put theory into action. Each day, participants grew more inspired by design thinking's potential for positive change. The immersive class developed skills and confidence. Overall, it left a lasting impression and equipped participants to creatively approach challenges and transform ideas into solutions.Overall, the Design Thinking & Doing class of 2019 in the Netherlands left a lasting impression, equipping participants with the knowledge and mindset to approach challenges creatively and transform ideas into tangible solutions.
